Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

Once your order is confirmed, we will dispatch your product within 2-3 business days for ready-to-ship items. Domestic orders are delivered anywhere between 8-10 business days .Delivery for made-to-order products is dependent on the designer therefore our team will notify you of the estimated date of delivery once your order is confirmed. If you have ordered from multiple designers, from the website, your items might arrive separately and hence, you may receive separate delivery notifications for the same.

All orders will be processed Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and government holidays. The Retail Therapy cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond its control.

Saturdays, Sundays, and Public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries. 

International Shipping

We offer shipping worldwide, rates will be calculated at the check out depending on your location. International orders will be Shipped in 8-10 working days. Please allow an additional 4-5 days for delivery. Shipping times may vary from designer to designer

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS 

You can make changes or cancel your order up to 24 hours after your order is placed. 24-hour cancellations are subject to full refund and will only be refunded back to the original mode of payment. 

Ready-to-ship items can be returned/exchanged within 48 hours of the order but must be unopened/unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Returned damaged items are not eligible for a refund. Made-to-order, Customized, Altered, and Accessories are subject to no return policy. As your purchase will be prepared quickly for order or dispatch, please contact customer service as soon as possible to make any changes to an order.

ORDER TRACKING

 After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all order details. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 2-3 business days for ready-to-ship items.
