Returns Refunds

Customised, Made to Order, Discounted, Altered items and Accessories are subject to no-return policy. You can initiate the returns/exchange procedure by contacting our Customer Service team at www.trtstore@gmail.com within 48 hours of order receipt for defected items. After 48 hours, returns will not be accepted. If you have any questions regarding this process please contact us at +91 9099955024.

For Returns/ Exchanges:

● All items must be unworn, undamaged, unused and odourless.

● Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

Here is a list of items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

● Accessories, including jewelry, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, footwear etc.

● Items with any indication of wear and tear including: odour, stains, marks, rips, etc.

● Any International purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

● Altered products as per your specifications/measurements.

Cancelling an order

You can make changes or cancel your order up to 24 hours after your order is placed. 24 hour cancellations are subject to full refunds and will only be refunded back to the original mode of payment. 24 hour cancellations for full refunds will not be accepted for orders placed with store credit.
